Reflexology deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands relative to all organs, functions and parts of the human body. Applying pressure to these points relieves stress, normalizes functions, balances the body and helps relieve pain.

A little bit about me - I am a committed Reflexologist and keep up to date with the current thinking and new trends by constantly attending seminars and courses.

The next course I am eager to attend is Maternity Reflexology as I have helped pregant ladies and would like to add maternity reflexology to the tools I have to work with.
